DESIGN WORKFLOW

We have a system that we believe in, and regardless of what your project entails, you will be guided through these three stages.

1. DISCOVERY

The initial meet & greet where we introduce ourselves formally to each other, and go over how the design process works.

You’ll be asked to fill out a project questionnaire to help identify what you’re looking for, who your audience is, and gain clarity on your goals.

2. REFINEMENT

During this phase I begin the initial strategy and design process. Communication is key for us to make sure we are on track, and all designs are in alignment with your vision.

The timeline will be based on how expansive your needs are, and what deliverables are included.

3. LAUNCH

The moment you’ve been waiting for, your project is reaching completion. During this phase I walk you through any final notes and if necessary, some launch guidelines for best practices on unveiling your new brand. We make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed, and hand off all final files.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Hop on a discovery call with us to see if a Retainer Package is right for you. 

2. If the answer is yes, we ask you to commit to a minimum of 3 months of retainer work at a rate and hour allotment thats negotiated based on your needs. 

3. We'll design anything you need as if we were part of your internal team, working flawlessly with your existing branding or campaigns.

WHAT PROJECTS CAN BE INCLUDED?

1. Any and All Collateral - Any printed materials, whether that be packaging supplies, lists of services, brochures, postcards, ads, client forms, or environmental signage. We'll maintain your brand integrity with professional designs that will help you engage with your target audience. 

2. Digital Marketing - including Social Templates, Digital ads, or any other digital assets. 

As great as DIY Design solutions are, they can still be time-consuming and it's not always easy to create materials that are truly on brand and unique.

Not to mention,  if you're a business owner, your time should be spent in your area of expertise, not wasted trying to string together a sub-par promotional flyer or product label.
